Greetings on the first day of the Spring Quarter for the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry.
To our students and residents: We know this is a time of disruption, but we are working hard to deliver our programs online and provide a high-quality educational experience even during this unusual time. Take advantage of the resources we have to support you. We are here for you and are committed to your success.
To our faculty and staff: Thank you for your creativity and coordination as we work to deliver our academic courses in new ways and support our students, residents and others in the Dugoni School family
To our patients: While we are only able to provide emergency services for patients of record at this time, we look forward to caring for you when we are able to re-open all of our clinical services
To our alumni, friends and supporters: Thank you for your messages of encouragement that many of you have sent us! We realize your personal and professional lives also have been disrupted. If our Alumni Association or other departments can be a resource for you, please get in touch.
The Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry has served the Bay Area community since 1896. We have seen some tough times in our community over the decades, but we have enjoyed many more positive times over the years. Will get through this moment by working together and staying true to our values.
While we temporarily work and learn from home, we certainly are still together as the Dugoni School family — just in new ways!
I look forward to continuing to fulfill our purpose of helping people lead healthy lives. And I look forward to seeing you all in person when we are able to do so.
In the meantime, stay safe and be well.
