Louisiana Crawfish Boil Fun!

The Associated Student Body (ASB) recently hosted a delicious Crawfish Boil for the Dugoni School family. More than 300 students, faculty, staff and family showed up to this annual tradition, where crawfish is prepared in the traditional Louisiana style with Cajun spices along with sausage, corn on the cob, potatoes, squash and onions. The event is made possible by alumnus Dr. Jason Larkin ’01, Ortho ’03, who donates the crawfish every year, and Chuck Frye, who helped the student volunteers clean and cook the crawfish. The dessert was generously donated by Marietta Daniel of the Student Store. It was a fun event where some enjoyed crawfish for the first time.
